  • Allie is an ISSA Certified Nutritionist with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel confident in the gym. She has been dedicated to fitness for over six years and especially enjoys weightlifting and Pilates. Alongside her work in fitness, she is currently pursuing her teaching credential, bringing a supportive, motivating, and people-focused approach to every interaction.

  • 22 years in the fitness industry, personal training certification and nutrition degree.
